LVL-Up Strategies

LVL-Up Strategies is a woman- and minority-owned remote consultancy founded by two EFMs, Rona Jobe (CEO) and Laura Jennings (CSO) with a staff primarily comprised of EFMs and military spouses. LVL-Up was founded in 2020 to simultaneously help two communities: U.S. EFM/military spouses and small businesses.

LVL-Up provides EFMs/military spouses with progressive, continuous career paths as they help small businesses, startups, nonprofits, and government agencies reach their next levels through management consulting, human resources, and strategic communications. Business results include clients who have tripled their revenue, expanded their teams, and/or launched new businesses. Meanwhile, LVL-Up team members achieve new milestones such as internal promotions up to Director and Program Manager and preparation for non-LVL-Up stateside positions such as Vice President and Project Manager.
